As Steve noticed, the Beastie Boys album installs some software on your computer to stop the ability to copy it.

Personally, I say buy the CD and then download the music off the net. You own it, so use it.  
Personally the new Beasties album is pretty good, my brother… well, he played “Hey fuck you” about a million times…  
“Well if you dont like it then hey fuck you!”
