# Jessalyn is soo smart!

My daughter way WAAAAAAY smarter than yours 🙂

This morning I was lying in bed and my wife came in to the room with Jessalyn and laid her down next to me. This is almost a (weekday) daily occurance and she usually just looks at me for a while and then gets bored and starts crying. But today was different; she looked into my eyes and I smiled, and she looked at my mouth and mimiced me. Odd… lemme try again. So I opened my mother wide, she went from looking at my eyes again to looking at my mouth and followed along. So I tried another one, this time squeezing my lips tight. She looked at my eyes then my mouth and squeezed her lips tight. I kissed her and she sorta smiled. So I smiled and she smiled back. Man, I can see the gears in that little noggin or hers turning.
