1 more day of vacation!
Monday:
My cousin Wil and his wife and his step-brother came down to hang out. I went dow to the beach with them and took some pictures of them getting beat down by the waves on a boat. The pictures and video were priceless. Wil’s wife Summer flopped a couple of times as the waves crashed over her. Then Brandon (his step brother) had the same thing happen to him too. Also my cousin Stacey came down to hang out. It was good to talk to her and do some catching up. Later we found out that there is a “womans retreat” that they do every year (that I had no clue that they did) and this year they are doing it on the same day were having the baby shower. Well that is 15 people that wont be coming to the shower due to this “retreat”.
Tuesday:
Today has been a relaxing day. We took the kids to the beach and they played in the water. The rest of the day was spent hanging out with my grandma and her sister at the camp talking about the past ands current events. In the middle of the day I took down the “kitchen” where we store all of the food and cookware in. Most of my cousins went down to some Zen Garden down the way from here.
The plan tonight is to get all of the clothing packed up and most of the items we wont be using the rest of the trip so we dont have to do it tomorrow morning. We plan to leave tomorrow around noon in hopes of beating the traffic and to get home so we can relax and decompress before I have to go to work the next day. Luckly I get paid tomorrow so I can get some of bills and other things paid for and not have to rush to get things done in 2 hours before most banks and businesses close. Welp, I’m heading up on the bike to the WiFi area to upload pics and post this entry.
