Flickr with Map support

Flickr recently added geotag support to their service. You can now place an picture on the map so people know where you took your pictures. I did this a while back in July of 2005 using a 3rd party service but now it is built in. I did a little write up on this new feature on EverythingTech.tv. I just finished locating all of the places we took pictures on our trip to Mammoth and San Francisco and I wanted to share with you all how this works.

I also found an application that will log where I take pictures using the built in GPS in my cellphone. This would make the location of the images absolute since its using the GPS for the location. The vacation pics I took didnt use this combo of technology, I just use the organize screen on flickr to drag the images to a rough estimate of where it was taken.
