Hypokalemia and other new word

Jen is showing the signs of hypokalemia, which in non dr speak is when your potassium levels are low. She also has high blood pressure too. The doctors have been giving her potassium bags via IV each dose is 1 bag per hour, but we waited a number of hours and still didnt help much. They admitted us now (bracelettes and all) which means I’m gunna have 2 sets of admittance fees to pay off (this one and one for the baby on the 25th). This all holds true unless they do the c-section while were in there this round. Jen is 50/50 on this idea but well, we have no choice in the matter i guess.

Anyhow, she’s stuck in there until at least 10am tomorrow. They are doing a double doseage of potassium tonight (1 bag (which is really 2 just higher concentrated in 1 bag) every 2 hours.. and were looking at 4 bags for the night. Then 1 hour wait after the last bag, and they draw blood. We wait another hour after that and then we may get the results (took an hour an 30 last time)

So yeah fun stuff in the Tucker camp. If you wanna call us I guess you could call the hospital or my cell. Not sure about visitors, I guess calling the hospital would be the best way to go. Jen wouldnt mind visitors specially if she does have the baby (which were not sure of just yet).
