I joined today to asess my food intake and workout planning. The site is a free way to keep track of everything and it can tell you what you need to do in order to burn the calories you have eaten. I didnt wanna plan my meals, so im currently using this to see what my current food intake is like so i can get an idea of how much i would have to bust ass to work it off. After that I’ll reevaluate my eating and trim where needed so i dont have to work so damn hard to keep up.
