This is more of a novelty I think; this extension allows you to see the content of a tab by mousing over it. The above picture shows some sites I visit in tabs, and shows me mousing over a tab containing my website. Give it a try if you into this sort of thing and use Firefox (personally I press CTRL-TAB to switch tabs):
