Webwork and other ramblings

Last night I got 2 things accomplished:

  1. My computer died a few days ago, we had this hellish thunder/lightning storm and i think somehow it killed my PC’s powersupply. I’m not sure how since the machine has a 30 buck powerstrip connected to a UPS that connects to my pc, but it did. The other thing that may have happened was that I recently added 2 more hardrives to the mix (4 total). Dunno, I checked with the P/S load website to make sure I wasnt using too much power and I was about 20% under. *shrug*. So I replaced the powersupply and its now working. I really do need to get a bigger case, theres just too much stuff in there and my be overheating!
  2. I worked on Kris’ blog site. I finally got a free arm (the other was holding the baby) and worked on the CSS restyling of his blog. He uses wordpress like I do and wanted to have his site to have the same style elements as the rest of his site. I realized in doing this that CSS is a pain in the ass when it comes to making fluid designs (a design that can stretch with the size of the browser window it contains). So am I still cut out for this shit? Yeah somewhat, thank god for Dreamweaver and TopStyle or I would have been in a world of hurt.
