Well, now thats settled.
Charter cable came out and did our cable install. They made two new drops (chris and caitlins room) and one new one in the office for the cable modem. I did a DSL report on it and made sure everything was gravy, 3mb down 384 up. I’m now looking into new firmware for my WRT54GS v2.0 so I can do some bandwidth shaping. Jen cleaned off quite a bit of stuff we had from storage thats going to be in the kitchen cupboards. I know shes really excited to have her own kitches again (with some decent amount of counter space to boot). The first couple of months are gunna suck at the house financially. I gotta strap everything down and take one bill at a time. I’m hopeing once we get pasts the initial hurdle we’ll be ok and have our moneys figured out.
