Microsoft has released a new set of Power Toys for XP:

SyncToy
RAW Image Thumbnailer and Viewer
ClearType Tuner
HTML Slide Show Wizard
Alt-Tab Replacement
Tweak UI
Power Calculator
CD Slide Show Generator
Virtual Desktop Manager
Taskbar Magnifier
Webcam Timershot

The one im looking into is SyncToy which would be perfect for my USB Thumb Drive to keep stuff up to date on it. Also the new Tweak UI and ClearType Tuner are both good to have as well.
