Skip the GPU Upgrade: Repurpose a Gaming PC or Mac for Immich's ML Queue
My Dell server is too old for a solid GPU, so a big photo import meant a stuck ML queue. Instead of buying hardware, I use a M4 MacBook Pro to burn through the backlog, plus a Home Assistant automation to flag it next time.
