I prepared my Shakeology shake last night and then added the last ingredients to the Ninja Blender before zapping it.

I prepared the following last night

1-1/2 scoops Chocolate Shakeology
1 Tbsp. almond or peanut butter (or to taste)
1 cup ice

I added the following this morning

1 banana
8 oz. Sprouts Vanilla Almond Milk
